How to submit a purchase request

This guide walks through the purchase request form in screen order, from start to submission and paying the quote. Warehouses, amounts and names in the screenshots are examples and may look slightly different for your warehouse.

How a purchase request works

Submit the request → our staff send a quote → you pay for the items → we buy them for you → they arrive at the warehouse. From there it continues just like forwarding: packing, shipping fee payment and dispatch. Our staff enter the local tracking number, so you don't need to.

  1. 1Open the form · choose the route and shipping method

    • After logging in, open Buy for Me in the menu and tap [New buying request].
    • Choose the origin (forwarding warehouse) and the destination country. Pick the warehouse in the country of the online store you want to buy from.
    • Choose a shipping method (air, sea, etc.). Only the methods available on this route are shown.

  2. 2Add items — paste your cart

    • Tap [Paste], then copy and paste the cart page from the online store. The item details are filled in automatically.
    • Do not turn on a translator — copy the page exactly as it is.
    • If you only have the product link, use [Import URL]. To type each item yourself, tap [Add item manually].
Import buttons — the cart paste area opened with the Paste button
  3. 3Check the item details (most important)

    • Check the product URL, unit price and quantity, and fill in every option such as color and size.
    • We buy exactly the URL and options you enter. For an item in several options, add a separate item card for each option.
    • The item name and HS code are required. When you enter the item name, the HS code is searched automatically.
    • Adding a product photo lets you choose basic inspection, where the warehouse compares the arrived item with your photo.

If an option is missing or wrong, the wrong item may be bought, and returning it after purchase costs a return fee. Please check once more before submitting.

  4. 4Choose additional services

    • Choose the additional services you need from inspection, packing, customs and other.
    • Under Other, choosing [Auto-pay purchase cost from deposit] pays from your deposit as soon as the quote is confirmed, so the purchase starts right away.
    • Tap [Save current selection] to load the same choices on your next request in one tap.
Additional services — inspection, packing, customs and dispatch, other, and the estimated cost
  5. 5Enter the recipient and customs details

    • Enter the recipient name and phone number, choose the address with [Search address], then add the detailed address.
    • For delivery to Korea, enter the Personal Customs Clearance Code. The recipient name and phone number must match the details registered with Korea Customs.
    • To clear customs as a business, choose [Business] as the recipient type. For other countries, a field for that country's customs ID appears.

  6. 6Agree and submit

    • The item total is a reference amount based on the unit prices you entered. The actual amount to pay comes in our staff's quote.
    • Tick the agreement on quotes and out-of-stock notices, then tap [Submit]. Your request number and order number (#) are issued the moment you submit.
    • If you haven't finished, tap [Save draft] and continue later.

  7. 7Wait for the quote

    • Your new request appears in Purchasing requests with the status Request Submitted.
    • Our staff check the price, options and stock, then send a quote (item price + local shipping + service fee).
    • If an item is out of stock or only partly available, you are notified before the quote and can choose [Continue without out-of-stock items] or [Edit items].

  8. 8Check the quote and pay

    • When the quote arrives, the request changes to Awaiting Payment. Open the request and check the quote in the item payment card.
    • If the amount is fine, tap [Good · Pay] and pay by deposit, card or bank transfer. If not, tap [Bad · Delete request].
    • After payment we buy the items, and once they arrive at the warehouse the steps are the same as forwarding (arrival → packing → shipping fee payment → dispatch).
    • If nothing happens for 30 days after you receive the quote, the request is deleted automatically.
